What each Finnoto role can see and do. Use this to decide which role to give a new user.

A user can hold more than one role. Give the narrowest set that covers their job; you can add more later.

| FinOps Admin | The person who owns Finnoto for your company |
| AP Manager | Whoever approves and oversees payables |
| AP Executive | The team doing day-to-day AP work |
| Vendor Manager | Whoever onboards and maintains vendors |
| Catalogue Manager | Whoever maintains items and rate cards |
| HR Manager | Whoever maintains employees, departments and grades |
